Everything was great. Lovely helpful staff nice pool and great sea view from room.

Don’t know how old the hotel is but the decor is looking slightly worn but still a great hotel and a great place to stay.

The resort was little distanced from the main busy area of pattaya, which could be plus for some looking for quieter area to stay.

The hotel needs more maintenance as bathroom, balcony floors were old and discolored.

The position of the property was absolutely awesome! Right on the beach! Very spacious room with the sea view. Very clean.

The hotel really needs some renovations. Everything from floor carpets to bathroom fittings look old! The breakfast for 5 star hotel could be better.

There's a beach owned by this hotel that you can walk down to. Very nice swimming pool - upper area & a small one on lower area near to the beach. Mine is a sea view twin room - spectacular view of the beach. The bath room has both bathtub & standing bath for the normal superior or deluxe I think - very big. The bed is comfy & TV channels are many for international standard. The breakfast used is exceptional with many variety of breads, fresh fruits or canned Lychee or canned longon or canned mixed fruits that you seldom find from other hotels.

1) When arriving, the front desk staff gave me the double room. Luckily I asked him before paving to the room and he changed for us to a twin room with 2 beds. When I did the booking, I selected the radio button on twin beds though. Wasting my time a bit. 2) On my 2nd night came back to the hotel at around 9pm, I tried to logon to the Wi-Fi provided via the small paper. It said "Invalid username & password", I looked into the paper again and discovered that it's valid only for 1 day !!! I'll be staying for 2 nights and how come the staff gave me only 1 day of pass of Wi-Fi ? I called the front desk and a service man came to give me 2 small paper password, one paper with 2 username & passwords limited. My wife has a mobile & my mobile used up one, and I had to use the other one left for my notebook, however, the 2nd paper not working, I called down the front desk again, now the service guy sent me 3-4 papers !!! What I'd like to suggest here is don't restrict Wi-Fi for how many days as when guests went of the service area, they won't be able to use the hotel's Wi-Fi anyway !!! And 2 usernames & passwords for one room won't be enough for working people who also has a notebook or iPad !!! 3) On my last day 12.00 noon called down to check out, my wife asked for a luggage boy and we wait, no service boy being sent and the maid said that we can came down, she would open the room for the service boy. We came down to give back the key card & I walked to the car drove it to the hotel front stairway. A phone call came in from the hotel's front desk staff, she said that the maid reported that we forgot to leave our luggage inside our room ! I said to her that we asked for a service boy going up to pick them up ! At last, a service boy went up taking all our luggage down & put them into our car.

The hotel is really beautiful and situated on the beach. The pool is really spectacular and the staff are very friendly and welcoming. We requested a later check out with no hassle at all. The beach bbq was fantastic too. Will definitely be coming to the hotel again soon.

This property had an excellent location and a private beach. The staff was friendly and the rooms were great. The view is breathtaking and do not miss the bar inside the infinity swimming pool. Perfect holiday destination for family and friends.

There seemed to be some temporary renovation going on which came in the way of the beauty of this place.

I like the staffs at the front (include the all bellboy), everyone is nice, good service, always smile and follow up for some pending issue. I have some a la carte dinner, it's good and the price is reasonable.

I dont' like the SPA staff who cannot answer me well for all questions. Actually, i choose this place because i need to spend all the time in this hotel but i have to find the other massage outside. The breakfast is various but the taste is not good.

Old furniture, need decoration, wifi can only do message, can't watch movies, shower is like my urine, TV signal is very bad, shuttle bus to the center, only one time in the morning 10am, and last finish 7.30pm,

Room was large and I would say beautiful, had I not been placed overlooking the parking lot and next to the party hall.

A lot of little things built up to the fact that it really shouldn’t be rated 5 star. Staff were friendly enough but really not helpful. I have been to Thailand many times and transportation is never an issue, yet somehow this 5 star hotel had problems with giving me information about how to get to my next destination. Hotel is under construction which was not mentioned anywhere, plugs are faulty and no where near the bed, pool is shady for the majority of the day, nowhere to hang towels in the bathroom... as I said, lots of little things resulting in the fact that it should not be 5*. My next hotel was 4* and infinitely better.

Quite and out of crowded

Before the day of the trip I talked and requested for the big bathtub and asked them whether the room I got is the same room as shown in the picture. But went I arrived there I got the normal small bathtub and the room is not as nice as the room they showed in the booking.com

The staff (mainly the receptionist and the manager ) There is no facilities at all in the beach area and you have to go down and up so many steps to reach to the beach.

1. A/C of kids facility didn't turn on when we were using it. 2.A group of asia tourists were noisy at night in the hallway and no hotel staffs took action to stop it. 3. At breakfast time, some Asia tourists used their chopsticks to scoop food from the tray instead of using tongs provided. Also, a kid with a father used his hands to scoop cereal from the bowls directly instead of using serving spoons provided. I strongly recommend that the hotel should arrange staffs to take care of groups of tourists better, be stationed at every food & drink corners in order to guarantee that every guest is having Breakfast happily.

Well maintained pool with a fantastic sea view from pool. Good staff at pool bar to serve you.

AC is not effective, they need to really work on AC. Property is old hence some places the smell is bad. Charging points/sockets are far away from the side tables.
